Personal Assistant & HR Manager
After the bankruptcy of SABENA (replaced by SN Brussels Airline) where she had the opportunity to experience several functions from secretary to responsible for the loading plans of the business class. She was offered the opportunity to join the Cement Europe team in January 2002. She began as Secretary & Receptionist in 2002, then moved to the technical department as Secretary to the Health & Safety Manager, then as Assistant to the Industrial Policy Director and finally as PA & HR Manager of the Chief Executive.
Cathy’s different jobs gave her the opportunity to learn and improve her knowledge in administration and office management. Through her experience she succeeded in gaining the confidence of her colleagues and stakeholders.
Outside of work, she values family time and enjoys taking care of her grandchildren. Going out with friends and traveling are also among her interests.
